Terms of service

Listings Studio is a platform that helps real estate brokers create and share AI-generated property listing pages. By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Your name, company, phone number, and location should be truthful and current.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login details with others.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Listings Studio.
• One account per broker. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is not permitted.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or remain inactive for extended periods after notification.

• You retain full ownership of all content you provide — property details, media, descriptions, and any text you enter or edit.
• By publishing a listing, you grant Listings Studio a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the public listing page at the URL you share. This licence ends when you unpublish or delete the listing.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing content. Do not publish misleading property details, prices, or availability.
• You must have the right to use any photos, floor plans, or documents you upload. Do not upload media you do not own or have permission to use.
• AI-generated copy is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.

• Listings Studio uses AI to generate property descriptions, titles, highlights, and other copy based on the details you provide.
• AI output is a suggestion, not a guarantee of accuracy. The AI may produce descriptions that overstate features, use subjective language, or contain inaccuracies. Always review and edit before publishing.
• AI generation is subject to fair-use limits that vary by plan. These limits reset monthly (or across the trial window for Trial plans).
• We reserve the right to modify AI providers, models, or generation behaviour at any time to improve quality or safety.
• AI-generated content must not be used for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes.

• Publishing listings for properties you are not authorised to market or sell.
• Using the platform to distribute spam, phishing links, or malware through listing pages.
• Attempting to inject HTML, scripts, or malicious content into listing fields.
• Circumventing rate limits, fair-use limits, or plan restrictions through automated tools or multiple accounts.
• Scraping, crawling, or bulk-downloading content from public listing pages.
• Using the service in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.

• Free trials last 7 days from account creation. No credit card is required to start a trial.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may be updated with 30 days' notice.
• Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months. The annual discount is approximately 2 months free compared to monthly billing.
• You can upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• If you exceed your plan's active listing limit, you will need to archive or delete listings before creating new ones.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of a charge you believe was made in error.

• Listings Studio is provided on an 'as-is' basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• AI generation depends on third-party infrastructure (Groq). Occasional downtime, slow responses, or capacity limits are possible and outside our direct control.
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. Where possible, we will provide advance notice.
• Published listing pages remain accessible during platform maintenance unless specifically noted.

• Listings Studio is a tool for creating property marketing pages. We are not a real estate broker, agent, or intermediary. We do not participate in property transactions.
• We are not liable for the accuracy of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing.
• We are not liable for any loss arising from property transactions, buyer interactions, or business decisions made based on content created using the platform.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Listings Studio after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any changes, you may close your account before they take effect.
